Arsenal endured a frustrating evening at the Emirates Stadium, while  Celtic boosted their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stage in Thursday's late kick offs in the Europa League. 

Arsenal 0-0 Sporting Lisbon

Arsenal advanced to the last 32 of the tournament, despite dropping points in a goalless draw with Sporting Lisbon.

The draw also came at a cost for Unai Emery, as Danny Welbeck and Stephan Lichtsteiner both suffered injuries.

Celtic 2-1 RB Leipzig

Celtic moved up to second spot in Group B after registering a 2-1 win over RB Leipzig 2-1 at Hampden Park.

Kieran Tierney put the Scottish giants ahead after 11 minutes, but parity was restored in the 78th minute thanks to Jean-Kévin Augustin.

However, Celtic secured the a minute later, with Odsonne Edouard popping with a close range finish.

Real Betis 1-1 Milan

Suso cancelled out Giovani Lo Celso's 12th minute strike to salvage a 1-1 draw for AC Milan against Real Betis in Spain.

The draw sees Betis remain top, while Milan find themselves in second place.

Ludogorets 0-0 AEK Larnaca

Ludogorets' chances of advancing to the last 32 took another dent after they were held to a goalless draw by Larnaca.
