Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila says his players have no need to start thinking about financial bonuses for winning the Telkom Knockout.
The Limpopo-based side will battle Orlando Pirates in the final at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth on Saturday (18h00).
It has become the norm in the PSL for clubs to promise their playing personnel at least half of the prize money as an incentive heading into finals.
But Mammila says that will not apply to his team as they are only focused on winning the cup.
"No!" Mammila tells KickOff.com.
"You know, our players are focused and you know excitement ... we [are] controlling the excitement. So all what we need ... play and not concede. When we play Pirates, concentrate and the rest will follow."
He adds: "No, our players are paid well man, so they are not even thinking about bonuses now. They are thinking only about the match, the final ... if we win the final.
"Ja, you know people have already given Pirates the cup, a big 10 days even before the match. But it's fine. We even saw that they are going to play with a new kit."
