Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt refused to criticise the match officials following the 2-0 defeat to Kaizer Chiefs for fear of facing the wrath of the Premier Soccer League.

Wits had Robyn Johannes shown a second yellow card in the closing stages for dissent and had a number of other players booked for the protests that ensued in the aftermath.

While Hunt appeared livid with what he perceived to be bias shown by referee Victor Gomes to Kaizer Chiefs, he did not want to say anything that might get him in trouble.

"There's not really much to say. I don't want to say too much. It's very disappointing the way the situation was handled," Hunt told Supersport TV.

"It is what it is. We knew when we came to the game what it was going to be like, what it was going to entail.

"So, there's not really much to say. I don't really want to say too much. I don't want to talk about anything because I might just say something I shouldn't say."
