There were a couple big wins for AS Roma and Bayer Leverkusen in Friday's action across Europe.

Serie A
Chievo 0-3 AS Roma

AS Roma moved up to fourth spot in the Serie A standings after thrashing Chievo 3-0 at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi.

Stefan El Shaarawy, Edin Dzeko and Aleksander Kolarov secured the goals for the visitors on the night.

LaLiga
Real Valladolid 0-0 Villarreal

Villarreal failed to boost their survival bid after playing to a goalless draw away to Real Valladolid.

The draw sees the Yellow Submarine remain in 19th spot, while Valladolid are unchanged in 14th position.

Ligue 1
Dijon 1-2 Marseille

Olympique Marseille rallied back from a goal down to defeat Dijon at Stade Gaston-Gérard on Friday evening.

Jordan Marie opened the scoring for the home side with his first goal of the season after 18 minutes.

The visitors pulled level on 56th minute through Mario Balotelli, before Lucas Ocampos sealed the win for Marseille in the 73rd minute.

Bundesliga
Mainz 1-5 Bayer Leverkusen

Bayer Leverkusen put in a rampant display to thump Mainz 5-1 at the Opel Arena on Friday evening,

Wendell opened the scoring before Robin Quaison restored parity for the home side inside the opening 10 minutes.

A brace from Julian Brandt and further strikes from Kai Havertz and Karim Bellarabi secured the emphatic win for Leverkusen on the night.
