CAF Confederation Cup wrap

CS Sfaxien, RSB Berkane and Zamalek all advanced to the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup in Sunday's quarter-final action.

CS Sfaxien 2-0 Nkana

CS Sfaxien booked their spot in the final four after claiming 3-2 aggregate win over Nkana.

Tunisian suffered a 2-1 defeat in the first leg, but turned things round thanks to a goal in each from Frias Chaouat and Alaa Marzouki.

RSB Berkane 5-1 Gor Mahia

Sfaxien will meet Berkane in the semi-finals after the Moroccans thrashed Gor Mahia 5-1 in the second leg on Sunday evening.

After winning the first leg 2-0 in Kenya, Berkane ran riot on home soil thanks to goals from Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba, Mohammed Aziz, Bakr El Helali, Issoufou Dayo, Youssef and Essaiydy.

Lawrence Juma got Gor Mahia's only goal of the tie in the second-leg defeat.

Zamalek 1-0 Hassania Agadir

Zamalek advanced to the semi-finals thanks to a 1-0 victory in the second leg on Sunday evening.

Ibrahim Hassan got the all important winning goal five minutes after the halftime break.

The Egyptians will now await the winner of the quarter-final involving Etoile du Sahel and Al-Hilal.
